History

EP Games began as Daniel Barba’s solo dev studio back in 2004 and has been involved in the development of 4 video games over the last 6 years, including two online multiplayers, A Gummy’s Life (2017, 2021) and Temtem (Crema, 2022).

The team grew in 2022 to develop our first big game, Oppidum, and it is the first one of many more to come to be developed with a full and very competent internal team. The game is released on all major platforms: Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox, with cross-play.

The game Oppidum won the Iris Games Award in November 2025 to Best Accessibility in Málaga, Spain.
