You’re Nuts! is a cozy co-op puzzle game for 1 to 4 players built around a maze-runner structure: each day, players explore an abandoned factory that gets progressively bigger, solving puzzles to unlock new rooms before their battery runs out and they’re pulled back to start the next day. Every room unlocked stays unlocked, so progress carries over day to day, and players get a little further each time. The core gameplay combines classic puzzle mechanics — some designed specifically for co-op, requiring players to work together — with light survival mechanics: managing a battery, crafting equipment, and avoiding traps. What sets You’re Nuts! apart from other maze-runner or roguelite-adjacent games is its tone: instead of danger or combat, the stakes are small and cozy — a stray robot, a shrinking battery, a factory crane. The game supports solo and full co-op play, includes adjustable difficulty settings, and was designed with colorblind accessibility built into its puzzles from the start.
You’re Nuts! is planned for release in 2026 on Steam, Xbox, PlayStation and Nintendo Switch with full crossplay.

History

EP Games is an independent studio based in Madrid, founded by Daniel Barba in 2004. The team grew into a full internal studio in 2022 to develop Oppidum, EP Games’ first large-scale project — a co-op survival adventure for 1 to 4 players, released in 2025 on Steam, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation and Xbox with full crossplay. Oppidum went on to win the Iris Award for Best Accessible Video Game and the DeVuego Award for Best Adventure Game.

Before Oppidum, the studio released A Gummy’s Life (2018), a local and online party brawler with full crossplay across all major consoles, and team members have held key roles on internationally acclaimed titles such as Temtem.

You’re Nuts! is EP Games’ next project, currently in development, continuing the studio’s focus on self-published, cross-platform multiplayer games.
